Structure

To qualify for the degree of Bachelor of Project Management students must satisfactorily complete a program of study consisting of the following courses with a combined total of not less than 72 units: Core courses to the value of 42 units Elective courses to the value of 24 units (including 9 units of Broadening Electives) Research Project to the value of 6 units.

Areas of Specialisation

Project Management is relevant across a broad range of different industries and occupations. Hence, the program is designed so that in the latter half of the program students can choose a field of interest to focus on. Students can also select electives to suit various areas of interest.

Assessment

A variety of assessment tasks will allow students to display their ability to apply their knowledge. The assessment pieces will generally consist of practical assignments, oral presentations and written examinations. Assessments will involve both individual and group work. 

Entry requirements

For those who are based in Adelaide, we will be offering a blended delivery mode that combines face-to-face with remote learning in as many courses as possible, taking into consideration social distancing and hygiene. All lectures will continue to be delivered online for the remainder of the year, with some exceptions.

For our students who are studying offshore for the remainder of the 2020 Academic Year, the University will continue to offer high-quality access to the learning resources remotely. This includes all lectures, tutorials and other support material. Students will be advised in advance if there are course components that cannot be provided in remote mode and, wherever possible, offered alternative courses.
