The Graduate Certificate of Valuation and Property Development is designed to prepare students with a knowledge base and technical skills for careers within property related industries and professions.
The application of the knowledge and skills developed in the program will allow graduates to demonstrate autonomy, expert judgement, adaptability and responsibility as a practitioner across a range of career paths in property related fields such as investment, finance, property management and property research.
The attributes gained from this certificate will allow you to work in the Valuation and Property Development sector in Australia and around the world.

The structure of the Graduate Certificate of Valuation and Property Development is based on theoretical and practical subjects.

- SSUD71-300 Planning and Assessment Processes
Study load
Domestic students
You have the option of taking any number of subjects to a maximum of four (4) per semester.
Teaching methodology
Bond University’s teaching methodology involves a combination of lectures, tutorials, seminars, examinations, projects, presentations, assignments, computer labs and industry projects.
Entry requirements
Academic entry requirements
Completion of an Australian Bachelor degree or equivalent from an approved institution OR qualifications AND/OR relevant professional experience deemed equivalent by the Dean

Credit for prior study
Subject credits may be awarded for previous studies. To apply for credits, you will need to submit academic transcripts including detailed subject outlines/course descriptions for each relevant subject and/or certified copies of testamurs to the Office of Future Students.
