The program is ideal for mid-career professionals and is designed to help meet the expanding needs for data scientists who are skilled in the utilisation of a unique blend of science, art and business.
It combines a comprehensive business intelligence, data analytics and management curriculum with an industry-based Data Analytics Capstone Project, delivering valuable career experience, theory and knowledge all in one.With our hybrid delivery model, you will take some courses in our Adelaide campus and a subset of courses online.The program also offers a pathway for further learning in the Master of Science in Information Technology – Business Intelligence and Data Analytics (MSIT-BIDA) program.Carnegie Mellon Takes Lead in Analytics Technologies for Forecasting Epidemics and PandemicsThe program requires 96 units:
72 units of core courses and 24 units of elective courses.For successful completion, you must complete the requisite coursework and achieve a cumulative quality point average (QPA) of at least 3.0.The electives below represent a selection of those that have been offered in the past.
