The Graduate Certificate in Authentic Leadership is specifically designed for practicing leaders and managers with relevant work or professional experience.
This course provides the opportunity to study a range of topics relating to organisational leadership and career development.
You will develop interpersonal and strategic capabilities crucial for successful team leadership.
You will also have the opportunity for personal growth and development through the use of reflective practice and identification of the key competencies required for developing authentic leadership.
You will address the concept of career and assess your own leadership and management career aspirations and the professional and personal development needed to achieve these goals.
In order to truly be a successful organisation its leaders need to have the capabilities to manage and lead their teams to achieve the strategic objectives.
This course will provide the core conceptual, behavioural and attitudinal capabilities required to achieve this.

To be eligible for entry into the Graduate Certificate in Authentic Leadership course an applicant must demonstrate the capacity to undertake the degree by meeting one of the following entrance criteria:1. completion of any Australian or equivalent Bachelor degree with a minimum of three years relevant work experience, and/or2. professional experience in a management or supervisory role for at least 5 years.
