Entry requirements
Applicants for the Graduate Certificate in Case Management and Coordinated Care must meet the following requirements:
Completed Bachelor (or AQF equivalent) in human services, social work, social welfare, social sciences, nursing, health or related areas: OR Five years full time (or equivalent) work experience in a case management role with resume and position description provided for assessment.
