Deakin’s Graduate Diploma of Property will prepare you for a range of roles including property development, property management and valuation.
Structure
To complete the Graduate Diploma of Property, students must attain a total of 8 credit points of core units, plus completion of the compulsory 0-credit point unit, MAI010 Academic Integrity. Most units are equal to 1 credit point.

Deakin University offers admission to postgraduate courses through a number of Admission categories.

Minimum admission criteria:
- Bachelor degree in a different discipline* OR
- two years relevant work experience
*Completion of a major sequence in property or real estate will classify a degree as the same discipline.
