This 18 month course will prepare you to move into a management role across a number of hospitality sectors.

Whether you work within the gaming industry, motel/accommodation sector, housekeeping, club management or practically any other area within the hospitality industry, this course will prepare you for your next step.The course offers you a dual focus allowing you to develop a broad understanding of the operational aspects of the hospitality industry as well as to build knowledge of key business and management principles.

When you have finished the course you will have a good understanding of what is required to manage a hospitality or tourism venue.

You will have the skills to manage and lead a team within your industry, as well as being proficient in financial management, regulatory compliance, staff management, rostering, providing quality customer service, managing workplace conflict, and workplace health and safety.This is a nationally accredited qualification, which will be attractive to employers across all areas of the hospitality industry.
