You must complete the Graduate Certificate of Brewing prior to commencing this program.

Candidates should hold a bachelor degree or a TAFE Diploma or be able to provide evidence of completion of relevant workplace training. If participants in the program do not possess a formal qualification or have not participated in workplace training it would be expected that they would normally have a minimum of three years malting and brewing experience and provide a referee's report.
