Malting and Brewing

This training covers the science of brewing, from barley physiology to fermentation biochemistry.

The malting and brewing short program consists of a teaching mix of formal and informal discussions, brewing practicals and demonstrations, field trips to breweries and a malt-house, and lectures from industry and University staff.
