The Law Pathway is offered as part of the Bachelor of Law and Society and requires one year of full-time study (or the equivalent part-time).
The Law Pathway is offered by the College of Business, Government and Law.
Upon successful completion of the one year Law Pathway, students will transfer to one of the courses listed under the Program of Study below.The Law Pathway has different admission requirements to the Bachelor of Law and Society.
In order to undertake the Law Pathway commencing students must apply for admission to the Law Pathway through SATAC.Admission requirementsThe minimum requirements for consideration for entry to all undergraduate courses are specified in detail in the University Entry Requirements.Students who have completed tertiary study which included any of the pathway topics in Criminology, Justice and Society, Law or Legal Studies or equivalent would normally be required to have achieved a grade of credit or better in those topics to be considered for entry.Program of StudyAfter successful completion of the one year Law Pathway, students will transfer to one of the following courses:
