Learning outcomes

1. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the role of environmental science and management in addressing global environmental problems.
2. Work independently and in teams, drawing on advanced theoretical and technical knowledge to identify, critically analyse and propose solutions to complex environmental problems.
3. Source, critically analyse and evaluate scientific papers, environmental reports and plans.
4. Collect and organise environmental data from diverse sources, select appropriate quantitative methods to analyse it, report results and draw conclusions.
5. Use a range of media and methods to communicate environmental concepts to diverse audiences.
6. Demonstrate autonomy, well-developed judgement, adaptability and responsibility as a learner in the field of environmental science.
