Graduate Certificate in Property (pre 2018)

The program provides graduates from building, property, business and finance backgrounds with an international perspective of property portfolio management and property development and develops the relevant specialist skills to operate effectively within property portfolio management, property development and facilities management environments.Please note:

This program will no longer be available after trimester 2, 2018.

On successful completion of the program students will have:

• Graduates will exhibit a clear understanding of both the theory and practice of property portfolio management and property development management
• Graduates will be aware of the social, economic and environmental factors surrounding the property asset class, the concept and role of property as both physical and financial asset in the property
• Graduates will be familiar with management and analytical techniques relevant to the property development management and property portfolio management process
