Learning outcomes
On successful completion of the program students will have:
- Graduates will exhibit a clear understanding of both the theory and practice of property portfolio management and property development management
- Graduates will be aware of the social, economic and environmental factors surrounding the property asset class, the concept and role of property as both physical and financial asset in the property
- Graduates will be familiar with management and analytical techniques relevant to the property development management and property portfolio management process
- Graduates will be able to conduct appropriate research into relevant aspects of the property industry
- Graduates will be able to practice professional valuation in the property industry
