About
The Bachelor of Business (International Business) program provides you with technical and critical knowledge and skills in international business to apply in diverse global contexts.
A broad-based curriculum incorporates:
international business, finance, trade, logistics, responsible business, cross-cultural management, political economy of international business, and creativity, innovation and design.
The program focuses on professional training in contemporary international business.
In addition to the core program courses you can take a range of minors and electives from across the School of Management and College of Business, as advised by your local institution.
Over the duration of this program you will participate in a variety of learning experiences which are designed to support you in developing skills as an International Business graduate.
Learning and teaching approaches for this program may include lectures and tutorials, problem-based learning, case studies, work-integrated learning, assignments, projects and examinations.
Activities and assignments are designed to facilitate theory application and peer learning in a friendly, open atmosphere.
The final year of the program includes the capstone course BUSM4696 Political Economy of International Business which will provide you the opportunity to critically reflect on and consolidate your theoretical and practical learning.
The program will prepare you to work as a professional in a wide range of industries, government and non- government organisations that increasingly require high level international skills.
This program is available for on-campus study.

Entry requirements
Academic Requirements:
For the RMIT Vietnam program you will have to have received the Bang Tot Nghiep Pho Thong Trung Hoc (Upper Secondary School Graduation Certificate) with a Minimum Grade of 7.0 to enter the program.
For entry via the Diploma of Commerce RMIT Vietnam, you must have successfully completed all of the requirements of this Diploma to be given entry to the program. Some students may enter the program with credit granted on the basis of studies already completed at an equivalent level. This cohort of students typically enters the program in the second year

Learning outcomes
In this program you will learn and apply the relevance and utility of a range of international business theories dealing with complex issues in international trade, finance and management. You will gain knowledge about the influences of political, economic, social and cultural factors on international business, and socially responsible business practice globally. You will develop skills and abilities to manage business in a variety of contexts, and apply your knowledge and skills to think critically, creatively and morally about functions and strategies of international business organisations in competitive business environments.
