Entry requirements
You must have:
- successfully completed an Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent overseas qualification), or
- a minimum of 5 years professional work experience in a related industry. Applicants with professional experience at a senior level that is less than 5 years may also be considered.
To have your professional experience considered you must include in your application a CV and a statement that details your experience.

Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate in Property you will have developed and been assessed on the following capabilities. Depending on your course selection, and on whether you go on to study the related Graduate Diploma in Property or Graduate Diploma in Valuations, you may have opportunities to develop these and additional capabilities further.
