Graduate Certificate in Management
Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology
About
The program is designed to enable you, as a practising manager, to become more knowledgeable about and more highly skilled in working within a complex and dynamic environment.
It will enable you to understand the forces that shape this environment and to be critically reflective on the range of possible outcomes and consequences of your decisions and actions within it.
The program will give you an understanding of the historical and theoretical foundations of management and organisation and will enable you to apply theory in interpreting and analysing management practice, through both case examples and personal investigation.
You will develop an understanding of management as a social process that involves consideration of the interests and needs of, and engagement with a broad range of stakeholders.
