The Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management is an early exit point for those enrolled in the Master of Human Resource Management.
The program aims to broaden knowledge and skills for students entering with a qualification in an unrelated discipline, while students from a related discipline will deepen their existing knowledge and skills.The Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management provides you with the knowledge and skills required by today's human resource (HR) professionals to effectively contribute in small and medium enterprises and multinational corporations.It also provide you with the capacity to address the human resource issues and critically evaluate the impacts of decisions and practice through case studies and interactive and experiential learning activities.The program is designed for those who would like to enter the HR industry with no formal HR qualifications.This program is delivered online.

Entry requirements
Academic Entrance requirements
Australian Bachelor degree or equivalent or higher level qualification in any discipline.
Alternate Entry
No prior academic qualifications but a minimum of 5 years full-time (FTE) work experience is required.
Applicants will be required to submit a CV.

Learning outcomes
Students undertaking the Master of Human Resource Management will develop a body of knowledge in contemporary HRM. The program will develop knowledge and skills in contemporary business and HR practice, operational leadership, cross-cultural competency, analytical and technical competency, problem-solving, research and communication. The application of these will be demonstrated through interactive and experiential learning activities, case studies and assessments.
