This program delves into the most critical success factors of any digital transformation – integrating strategy, governance, data, analytics, people, culture and an organisational execution discipline.

Learning and teaching approaches for this program may include webinars, problem-based learning and case studies.
Activities and tasks are designed to facilitate theory application and peer learning in a collaborative, open manner using online tools such as Slack and interactive discussion forums.

Entry requirements
Academic Requirements:
Prospective students would need to have:
- An Australian bachelor degree or equivalent, or higher-level qualification, in a relevant discipline (business or IT related) from a recognised tertiary institution; or
- At least five years relevant work experience (business or IT related).
Learning outcomes
In this program you will learn the knowledge and skills required to plan for, manage and execute ongoing digital transformation efforts. You will be equipped to identify opportunities for digital transformation and develop innovative and compelling strategies, aligned across business functions and customer experiences. You will interrogate the fundamental transformation enablers of culture and data and develop solutions to embed these in your organisation. You will design execution plans to overcome key capability, communication and operations challenges and apply these through a variety of activity-based learning experiences.
On the successful completion of this program you will be equipped to:
- Develop digital transformation strategies that incorporate the impacts of emerging technology to identify new avenues of business value
- Evaluate organisational readiness for digital transformation and identify capability, culture or operational gaps and opportunities
- Formulate business initiatives using insights drawn from multiple internal and external sources of information
- Enable effective digital transformation through clear written and oral articulation of benefits, plans, requirements and metrics
- Foster organisational cultures and team cultures that enable digital change to be embraced
