About
The Graduate Diploma in Property has been designed to develop the specialised knowledge and skills required to practice as a property advisor or manager.
The program aims to develop your advanced knowledge of these interrelated fields including though analysing property data and information from diverse sources, thinking critically, conducting research, and through your knowledge and application of investment and valuation techniques and your critical engagement with the legal and regulatory frameworks which govern the property sector.
You will also develop the analytical and technical skills required to utilise theoretical knowledge and published data to inform your decision making as a property professional.Graduates may pursue many professional pathways, including work in corporate real estate.

In conjunction with the MC212 Master of Property, this program addresses the industry need for property specialists with a particular focus on corporate real estate, development and management.The program replicates industry and professional practice contexts and equips you to work both independently and collaboratively, including through your critical engagement in case study analyses and simulated project work.
Successful completion of this program provides a pathway to further learning into MC212 Master of Property.
Upon successful completion of this program you may also be eligible to undertake further studies in related programs at RMIT University.

Entry requirements
You must have:
- Successfully completed an Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent overseas qualification), or
- A minimum of 5 years professional work experience in a related industry. Applicants with professional experience at a senior level that is less than 5 years may also be considered.
