GD132 Graduate Diploma in Food Science and Technology is an exit point only from MC237 Master of Food Science and Technology.In GD132 you will acquire skills and knowledge of food processing and preservation, chemical properties of food materials, food safety, packaging and labelling, and food product and process innovation as well as other courses to support the wide range of technical positions required by the food industry.This program includes the capstone work integrated learning (WIL) course:
ONPS2550 Food Product and Process Innovation where you will develop new products and / or manufacturing processess with the input of industry partners.This program requires on campus attendance.
Lectures occur in the city and Bundoora campuses.
All practical sessions requiring the Food Pilot Plant are based in Bundoora.
