The aim of this program is to create global communication professionals with specialised knowledge and transferable skills for the private and public sector (business, government, non-government and civil society).

This will include strong connections with industry and community groups.Graduates of the program typically find employment in strategic communication across diverse industry and communicty settings.

The program is consistently sought after by those who recently completed their undergraduate degree and mature-age students who are returning to part-time study for career progression.On completion of the program, graduates will be communication professionals with specialised knowledge of the global communication industry.

You will be able to work collaboratively in international and interdisciplinary teams and will be prepared for professional roles in a range of corporate communication or communication for social change contexts.

Entry requirements

The Graduate Diploma of Communication (GD196) is available as an exit award only. Applicants must apply for the Master of Communication (MC248).
