Upon graduation with a Master of Business (Property) from RMIT University you will be able to work as a valuer or property professional, including at a high management level.
You will be equipped to work across diverse property industries and sectors.The program structure will provide learning experiences for you to acquire and apply critical knowledge of management theories and property concepts across the property sectors, including valuation.
This program emphasises the practical skills and expertise required to work effectively as a high level property professional and meet the industry need for specialisation.

Entry requirements
Academic entrance requirements: You will have successfully completed an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent. If entering with an undergraduate degree from any other discipline, you will have two – five years relevant industry experience. International English language requirements:
- IELTS (Academic): 6.5 (no band less than 6.0)
- TOEFL (Paper based): 580 (TWE 4.5)
- TOEFL (Internet Based Test – iBT): Overall score of 92 with minimum of 20 in any sections
- Pearson Test of English (Academic) (PTE(A)): 58 (no band less than 50)
- Cambridge English – Advanced (CAE): CAE Grade B
- RMIT English Worldwide (REW) – English for Academic Purposes (EAP) programs: Advanced Plus certificate

Dependent upon your chosen area of specialisation, you will equipped to work in diverse roles which include as a property developer, property manager and as a valuer.
