This is a practical, hands-on leadership and management course which develops entrepreneurial and innovative approaches to managing people, finances, projects and teams.
The course is targeted toward those who are currently managing staff or are building towards a career in management.
The Diploma of Leadership and Management will empower participants with the foundations necessary to lead high performing teams and achieve operational success.
This leadership course is delivered in fast-track live online mode to suit professionals working in business and industry.

Structure
The Diploma of Leadership and Management course is delivered in workshop clusters. Clusters can be completed in any order.Participants are to complete 12 Units of competency delivered across 6 Clusters.
