About
The Graduate Certificate of Entrepreneurship and Innovation explores the philosophy, methodologies and skills required to build a new enterprise, grow a small or medium sized business and develop a high-growth venture.
Students will learn creative, innovative and entrepreneurial approaches to business and may find future careers in fields such as business management, business and venture analysis, consultancy and as an owner-operator of their own business.

- Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MA-ENTINN5)
To qualify for the award of Graduate Certificate of Entrepreneurship and Innovation students must complete 50 credit points comprising:

Students are required to complete all units listed below. ENT60009 Opportunity Discovery, Creativity and Design ENT70018 Entrepreneurial Mindset, New Ventures and Innovation FIN60004 Entrepreneurial Finance PRM60001 Project Management in Entrepreneurial Ventures* Outcome units - matched exemptions are generally not granted for higher education outcome units.
Entry requirements
- a bachelor degree (or higher award) in a related discipline from a recognised higher education institution or equivalent;
- a recognised bachelor degree (or higher award) in any discipline PLUS a minimum of two years equivalent full-time relevant professional experience*
- a minimum of three years equivalent full-time relevant professional experience*
Learning outcomes
- apply coherent and advanced knowledge of entrepreneurship and innovation concepts in diverse contexts and applications using critical thinking
- apply problem solving, design and decision making methodologies to identify and provide innovative solutions to complex problems with intellectual independence
- communicate proficiently in professional practice to a variety of audiences, function as an effective member or leader of a diverse team, and use the basic tools and practices of entrepreneurship within project work
- demonstrate professionalism, integrity, ethical conduct, professional accountability and an awareness of professional practices in a global and sustainable context.
- capable in their chosen professional, vocational or study areas and an ability to engage in critical enquiry
- entrepreneurial in contributing to innovation and development within their business, workplace or community
- effective and ethical in work, community situations and reasoning skills
