Entry requirements
Admission requirement
Admission to candidature for the Graduate Certificate in Creative Writing:
- a bachelor's degree from the University of Sydney, or an equivalent qualification; or
- equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
Portfolio
All applicants for the graduate certificate, graduate diploma or Master of Creative Writing need to include with their application a portfolio of 1,500 to 3,000 words of prose writing or 10 to 15 pages of poetry with their application. These components are crucial to assessing your application.
