Based on our leading Master of Commerce, but requiring fewer units of study, our Graduate Diploma in Commerce will provide you with an applied understanding of core business concepts and practices, enhancing your career and enabling you to progress to a masters qualification.
Entry requirements
Admission criteria
To be considered for admission, an applicant is required to have:
- Australian bachelor's degree or higher (minimum 60 percent average) or equivalent qualification, or
- Australian bachelor's degree or higher with a pass average (minimum 50 percent) or equivalent qualification, and satisfactory performance in the GMAT (for guidance, the class average score is 590) or equivalent Business School approved admissions test or the University of Sydney, or
- Graduate Certificate in Commerce with a credit average (65 percent). Units completed in the graduate certificate can be credited to the graduate diploma.
Students are able to apply to upgrade from the graduate diploma to the master's degree.

For qualifications awarded outside Australia, equivalencies and admission criteria are determined based on the country, institution, and qualification.
