This specialist qualification in business law and regulation offers you an opportunity to choose from the entire range of units of study offered through Sydney Law School's commercial law, corporate, securities and finance law, international business law, international taxation and taxation programs.This degree reflects the growing importance of legal literacy and business law expertise among non-lawyers working in business, finance, commercial and corporate environments.

Entry requirements

Admission requirement

Available places will be offered to qualified applicants based on merit, according to the following admissions criteria. Admission to the degree requires: a) a bachelor's degree with a minimum credit average from the University of Sydney, or an equivalent qualification; or b) a bachelor's degree from the University of Sydney, or an equivalent qualification; and the applicant provides evidence of two years of relevant professional experience.
