The Master of Professional Engineering (Accelerated) is the ideal two-year full-time degree for those engineers who have previously graduated with an undergraduate engineering degree in a related field seeking recognised accreditation to practice in Australia and overseas.

Please note that the degree to be conferred will be the Master of Professional Engineering which is accredited by Engineers Australia.The fluids specialisation will teach you about fluid mechanics and engineering systems associated with the fluid environment.This accelerated version of our Master of Professional Engineering degree is designed to provide you with deep technical skills in your chosen field of engineering combined with professional development in the areas of communication, leadership, and time and resource management.It will also help you develop the sound communication, management and decision-making capabilities necessary to interpret and discuss complex issues in your area of specialisation.The program will provide you with the engineering professional practice and research skills that lead to recognition as an Australian graduate engineer.

Entry requirements

Admission criteria

To be eligible for admission, an applicant is required to have:

- an Australian Bachelor of Engineering degree with a 65 percent average, or equivalent qualification, in a related field of engineering to which the student is applying.

For qualifications awarded outside Australia, equivalencies and entry requirements are determined based on the country, institution and qualification.
