The University of Sydney Exchange Program provides you with the exciting opportunity to add an international perspective to your education at an Australian university with a reputation for excellence in teaching and research.
You can study for one or two semesters from a wide-ranging selection of units of study on a non-award basis.You will receive an official University of Sydney academic transcript at the end of your study period to request credit at your home institution.Tuition fee waiver applies to students from official university exchange partners.

Entry requirements
Admission requirement
To be considered for the Exchange Program you need to:
- have a letter of nomination from your home institution; - have completed at least one year of study towards a degree at a recognised institution in your home country and are continuing towards the degree at your home institution;
- have achieved a cumulative grade (across all results in your degree) of either 'Credit' or 'Good' average, or a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 point scale, or an average grade of 'C' or better on the European ECTS grading scale (or equivalent).
