This seven-month diploma lets you explore the many and diverse career options open to you in the world of digital media design.
The Digital Media Design subjects available through this diploma are industry-driven, giving you in-demand skills for a range of high-growth sectors – from web and mobile to 3D and visual effects.
The Design Studio is the core of the diploma.
Here you will collaborate with other students and learn the fundamentals of digital media design, explore trends, examine clients’ needs and learn the business side of design – working to briefs, budgets and schedules.
In the elective subjects, industry leaders will introduce you to the theory and practice of 3D design and production.
You’ll fill your tool box with techniques for creating moving image sequences and 3D visualisations.
Learning about Interaction design, you’ll focus on the visual aspects of interface design and the ways visual design affects the user’s experience.
You’ll also have the opportunity to complete an internship with one of our digital media industry partners, giving you fantastic studio experience, new contacts, and professional-quality material for your CV and portfolio.
