The course content will introduce students to how designers and planners can strive to meet the needs of children and young people in urban environments.

It will introduce them to contemporary issues and relevant research methods in order to assist their understanding of how to accommodate children and young people's needs in specific settings such as neighbourhoods, schools, childcare environments, hospitals and youth centres.
