Students will explore different options for project delivery and options for contract and contract price.

Students will also examine the  common methods covered in the general condition of a major construction contract, including (but not limited to) practical completion, extension of time, liquidated damages, latent conditions, delay costs, bonus and variation clauses.

Further, the purpose and application of security of payment legislation for the construction industry will also be investigated.Read More
