About

This program has been designed to enhance skills and learning gained from completing a Bachelor of Midwifery.

It is an ideal program for a qualified midwife who wishes to build their research capacity, upgrade their qualification, maintain currency in their clinical practice or expand their career path opportunities.

Structure

This program is research based and allows students the flexibility to either undertake a research specific question which they have developed or contribute to an existing research project.

Honours

Honours is awarded based on the weighted percentage over the year of study.

Entry requirements

To complete the Bachelor of Midwifery (Honours)

To fulfil the requirements of the Bachelor of Midwifery (Honours), a student must complete the requisite number of courses chosen from the course list in accordance with the Program Rules.
