About

The Bachelor of International Studies is a three-year (or part-time equivalent ) degree program which provides students with an interdisciplinary core of courses which provide grounding in the cultural and communicative aspects of globalisation and the world system.

Each student completes a major in a language other than English from the wide range of languages taught at UQ and another major with strong international relevance.

Entry requirements

To complete the Bachelor of International Studies

To fulfil the requirements of the Bachelor of International Studies, a student must complete the requisite number of courses chosen from the course list in accordance with the Program Rules.
