About

This postgraduate coursework program offers studying the fields of Applied Linguistics and TESOL.

The program has two missions.

The first is to provide a quality professional development program for teachers of English and other second languages, and language professionals in translation, interpreting and other second language areas.

The second mission is to provide coursework students the opportunity to explore research options and develop specialisations for further study.

Structure

Students admitted into the #16 program must select courses from the Master of Applied Linguistics Course List. For assistance in course selection please contact the School of Languages and Comparative Cultural Studies.

Entry requirements

To complete the Master of Applied Linguistics

To fulfil the requirements of the Master of Applied Linguistics, a student must complete the requisite number of courses chosen from the course list in accordance with the Program Rules.
