Bachelor of Educational Studies

The Bachelor of Educational Studies is a three-year course intended to provide an educational qualification for those students wishing to exit from the four-year pre-service teaching degrees, Bachelor of Education (Primary) and Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).

The program will be offered internally at Launceston and Cradle Coast campuses, full time or part time, and by distance/on-line Hobart, Launceston, Cradle Coast, Interstate Isolated and Offshore.

The Bachelor of Educational Studies requires the completion of 300 credit points comprising the first 3 years of the course being exited from.

Normal minimum University admission requirements do not apply for this course. The Bachelor of Educational Studies is an exit award only. As such students will not be admitted directly into the course.
