Industrial and Organisational Psychology is a specialist area that applies psychological knowledge and skills to workplaces, with the aim of improving organisational effectiveness and the quality of work life.

Take Level 4 or 5 units offered by the UWA Business School to the value of 12 points, or level 5 units to the value of 12 points from the Master of Business Psychology 73550 (research and placement units excluded) and approved by the course coordinator or the Head of the School of Psychological Science.

Entry requirements
4.(1) To be considered for admission to this course an applicant must have—1) an accredited bachelor's honours degree in psychology with at least an upper second class Honours (2A), or an equivalent qualification, as recognised by UWA; and
(2) Applicants must be eligible for provisional registration as a psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia
and
(3) Applicants must have secured a PhD supervisor from the School of Psychological Science at the time of submitting their application.
