Contact Future Students for more information.This course aims to meet the training needs of all those whose lives intersect with heritage be this in context of government, the business sector, NGOs, museums, national or provincial parks.

It is intended for those who wish to begin further study so that they can proceed to the graduate diploma and master's degree or who want a short course to advance their skills in heritage issues.

Students study both tangible and intangible heritage including natural, cultural and Indigenous heritage.

They learn to understand heritage issues and to work with industries and governments to record, manage protect and present heritage objects, places and traditions in partnership with communities.

Entry requirements

4. To be considered for admission to this course an applicant must have—

(a) a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent qualification, as recognised by UWA;

and

(b) the equivalent of a UWA weighted average mark of at least 50 per cent.
