Today, practising professionals need to not only have knowledge and skills in computing, they also need to understand the context in which computer technology is applied in society, and be able to work collaboratively with people in all sorts of professions and industries.

The Bachelor Information Systems degree integrates closely the applications of computing and information systems in a global business environment.

You will work with organisations to design, develop, deploy and manage information systems through the application of computing technology.

This course will help you carry out a real-life project where you will need to demonstrate you can design and develop an information system that solves a community-based problem.Accreditation The Bachelor of Information Systems is accredited with the Australian Computer Society (ACS) at Professional Level.
