Enrolment into the Graduate Diploma without meeting the specified criteria for this entry level, will require the completion of all four units of the Graduate Certificate in Person-centred Diabetes Care and Education, including the face to face component and clinical practicum, prior to undertaking the subjects contained in the Graduate Diploma.
