This course is available to specialist trainees in Obstetrics & Gynaecology who are undertaking a Fellowship in Advanced Gynaecological Surgery.
This course aims to build on the foundations set in the Graduate Diploma in Advanced Gynaecological Surgery, with an emphasis on evidence based best practice with respect to surgical techniques for various gynaecological pathologies.
Students will reflect on personal experiences in gynaecological surgery, empowering continued self-improvement, appraisal and audit to enhance professional practice in advanced gynaecological surgery.
This course is expected to take a further 1-year full time to complete after satisfactory completion from the Graduate Diploma in Advanced Gynaecological Surgery (2 years in total).
