The Bachelor of Business is designed to equip students with core skills and knowledge in business, management and operations to prepare them for roles in modern organisations. Students select a major area of specialisation which is combined with other studies to teach them how to be entrepreneurial thinkers in their future career.

The Bachelor of Behavioural Studies with a major in Psychological Studies provides students with the knowledge and skills to understand and explain human behaviour. The major commences with a broad introduction to basic psychological elements and concepts. Later in the course, specialised studies in wellbeing; adolescence; trauma; counselling; sports and health are undertaken. Although this degree program does not have professional accreditation with the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council, graduates in Psychological Studies would be highly sought after by a wide range of organisations in both the public and private sector, for example, human services as research officers, human resource management and personnel, marketing and advertising personnel, in policy development, general research, welfare, community and youth work, and evaluation of community and human services. Students who wish to become a professional psychologist should complete the Bachelor of Psychological Sciences, a Swinburne University program also available through Open Universities Australia.

The Associate Degree of Engineering is a broad-based point of entry into employment as an associate engineer and offers students the chance to move into study at undergraduate level. Students complete a combination of undergraduate and vocational units. Undergraduate units are the same as those taught in Bachelor of Engineering degrees, but this course offers smaller class sizes and more contact hours to provide students with more individual support.

The Associate Degree of Aviation equips students for a professional career as a commercial pilot. Students undertake their professional pilot training program at CAE Oxford Aviation Academy (CAEOAA), located at Moorabbin Airport, and obtain a Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) and Multi-engine Aeroplane Instrument Endorsement. They also complete a Multi Crew Cooperation and Jet Orientation Course, and the required theory for the Air Transport Pilot Licence. The Certificate IV in Circus Arts provides an introductory experience into high performance circus arts training, and will equip students with the knowledge and skills to enter preliminary level circus and physical theatre, and to audition for the Bachelor of Circus Arts.
