The Intensive Master of Clinical Embryology is internationally renowned as a training program for all assisted reproductive technologies (ART), producing high calibre embryologists. On completion of this course, you will have developed the specialised knowledge and practical skills needed to work in, and manage, human ART clinics.The course is offered both on-campus (one year full time) and off-campus (restricted entry, full or part-time) to domestic and international students.

Building on your qualification in medicine, dentistry, biomedical science or radiography, you will be able to apply your knowledge in the interests of justice.

This course is designed for health professionals currently in, or seeking to be in, middle and senior health care management positions. If you are seeking to expand your knowledge and skills in the management of health services, this degree caters for your needs. This includes medical or general hospital administrators, clinicians, quality assurance managers, team leaders, senior nursing administrators, unit managers and a range of general task coordinators within the health care system.

This course, offered by Nursing and Midwifery, prepares nurses for leadership roles in management, education, disaster nursing and Australian nursing studies. The course enables development of advanced practice knowledge and leadership in specialist practice including skills to plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate health care, as well as the ability to formulate policy for a diverse and multicultural society. Graduates are employed in a wide range of general and specialist clinical, educational and healthcare environments in senior positions and contribute to the health of individuals, families and communities, in addition to the development of the profession.

This course is designed for individuals wishing to become accredited Sonographers.Students can exit the course after 48 credit points (minimum 2 years of part-time study) with a Graduate Diploma in Ultrasound which meets the qualification requirement for accreditation as a Sonographer in Australia.The final year of the course focuses on developing research skills via an ultrasound research project. Following completion of the two foundation units (SON4000 and SON4010) students must be engaged in supervised clinical ultrasound training practice for a minimum of 3 days/week (or equivalent). It is the student's responsibility to secure their own clinical training placement.

The Master of Radiation Therapy is designed for those with a degree in science or a related health discipline wishing to become a registered Radiation Therapist.You will gain knowledge and understanding of the scientific concepts and principles underpinning medical radiations science practice including optimisation of equipment, quality assurance and the biological consequences of ionising and non-ionising medical radiations.This is the only distance learning graduate entry radiation therapy program offered in Australia and it may be available if you are interstate and want to study in your home state.

If you're unable to start this course in Australia, due to COVID-19 restrictions, you can start this course on-campus at Monash University Malaysia in semester one 2021, then continue in Australia once restrictions are eased. Find out more.The Master of Biomedical and Health Science is a coursework degree to be undertaken in key research areas in the sub-Faculty of Biomedical and Psychological Sciences in the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences.The focus in your initial year will be on research methods and practices. You will undertake coursework units in pedagogical and research skills training, and engage in specialist theory units. Your second year involves a full-time research project and internship under the supervision of a member of the academic staff. The internship will equip you with skills highly valued by employers.
