It is appropriate for hospital administrators, risk and quality assurance managers, senior medical, nursing and allied health administrators.By studying this course you’ll gain the skills necessary to implement initiatives for better patient care in your own workplace through developing and delivering your own quality and safety improvement project, focussing on patient-centred care and utilising a variety of models and frameworks to achieve best practice.
