The Graduate Certificate in Gender Mainstreaming Policy and Analysis is an 18-unit program offered by the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences. This course is available on a part time basis only.Students who have successfully completed the course may apply for admission into the Graduate Diploma in International Development, Graduate Diploma in Gender and Development or the Master of Arts (International Development).The Graduate Certificate in Gender Mainstreaming Policy and Analysis is also offered by Distance Education with a limited range of optional topics. No further student intakeThe Graduate Certificate in Global Health Care is an 18-unit program offered by the College of Nursing and Health Sciences on a full fee-paying basis. It is normally completed over two semesters part-time but can be completed in one semester full-time. The course articulates with the 36 unit Graduate Diploma in Nursing (specialisations) and the 54 unit Master of Nursing and the 54 unit Master of Midwifery. Topics have been designed to enable progression through the three awards.Students who complete the Graduate Certificate in Global Health Care normally receive credit up to 18 units should they choose to apply for entry into the Graduate Diploma in Nursing and/or the Master of Nursing or the Master of Midwifery.The course can be taken in internal or external mode.

The Graduate Certificate in Science (Groundwater Hydrology) is an 18-unit program offered by the College of Science and Engineering.The course articulates with the 36-unit Graduate Diploma in Science (Groundwater Hydrology)and the 72-unit Master of Science (Groundwater Hydrology), and the sequentially developed topics allow progression through the three awards. Students who have completed the Graduate Certificate are awarded credit towards the Graduate Diploma.

The Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management is an 18-unit program offered by the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences. The course articulates with the 36-unit Graduate Diploma in Environmental Management and the 72-unit Master of Environmental Management, and the sequentially developed topics allow progression through the three awards. Students who complete the Graduate Certificate normally receive credit for up to 18 units of topics should they choose to proceed to the Graduate Diploma.

The Graduate Certificate in Education is an 18-unit program offered by the College of Education, Psychology and Social Work. It is designed to meet the increasing demand for postgraduate level education for educators across a diverse range of specialisations and to provide a pathway to further study. It will enable candidates to explore current educational research and practice, to shape a personal educational pathway and to apply that knowledge in their professional practice.
