Designed to provide the paramedic with the necessary knowledge and skills for a career in critical care. The course focuses on the clinical issues directly related to practice and develops a greater depth of understanding to enhance clinical decision making and critical thinking. Students will learn advanced-level clinical knowledge to apply to their daily paramedical practice, while at the same time learning advanced skills in evidence-based practice and research. The combination of advanced clinical knowledge and applied research knowledge and skills provides students with the ability to continuously improve their own clinical practice, as well as impact on the organisation they are employed by and the broader Paramedicine community.

This course is designed to provide a practical level of knowledge and skills for engineering graduates who wish to expand their knowledge in the area of petroleum engineering. The course is comprised of a set of foundation specialist units covering core skill areas in petroleum engineering including reservoir engineering, drilling engineering, production engineering, and exploration engineering. The course will provide an opportunity for qualified engineers to expand their skill set to in-demand areas within the oil and gas industry, allowing them to diversify their career opportunities.

This introductory course is designed for students new to business and hospitality management studies. It focuses on developing a foundation of business and management principles, including the management of people and organisations, marketing and strategic planning that are relevant to those already working or intending to work in the hospitality industry. The course is also aimed at candidates with some work experience but no formal university qualifications. Participants are exposed to the relevant theory and knowledge in each area, and learning is consolidated through research and case study material in seminars, discussions and assigned project work. Business acumen within a local and global context, combined within the context of the hospitality sector, will assist in delivering a strong career foundation for senior hospitality management.

The Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management forms the second stage in a three-stage suite of postgraduate Human Resource Management courses consisting of the Graduate Certificate of Human Resource Management and the Master of Human Resource Management. The Graduate Diploma builds on the knowledge and skills gained in the Graduate Certificate and develops higher-level HRM capabilities and broader business understanding. The Graduate Diploma focuses on the roles of HRM professionals in aligning HRM policies and practices with the strategic priorities of the organisation and in managing strategic change. The Graduate Diploma also develops students understanding of the work of line managers who play a key role in in executing the HRM function through converting HRM policy to practice.

The Graduate Diploma of Counselling and Psychotherapy is both an award in its own right and an exit award within the Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy. The Diploma is designed for professionals who wish to acquire counselling skills for use in their work as health professionals, social workers, personnel officers, pastors, human service workers, psychologists or counsellors. The course provides training in counselling skills and theory and prepares graduates to develop a counselling role in their workplace. Graduates of this course are eligible to apply for the Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

The Graduate Certificate of Counselling and Psychotherapy is both an award within its own right and an exit award within the Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy. This course offers conceptual foundations in the practice of individual psychodynamic counselling and systemic couples and family therapy. The course provides first applied knowledge of counselling case management. Graduates of this course are eligible to apply for the Graduate Diploma and/or the Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

The Graduate Certificate in Health Care Leadership and Management provides a strong focus on the application of leadership and management principles in health care settings to enhance client outcomes. The curriculum includes principles of management and leadership as well as strong focus on patient safety and clinical risk.

The Graduate Diploma of Supply Chain and Logistics Management builds on the knowledge, competencies and skills gained in the Graduate Certificate and develops higher-level Supply Chain and Logistics Management (SCLM) capabilities and broader business understanding. This course forms the second stage in a three-stage suite of postgraduate Supply Chain and Logistics Management (SCLM) courses consisting of the Graduate Certificate of SCLM and the Master of SCLM. This course provides opportunities for employees and professionals to enhance their personal and professional outcomes and gain a deeper understanding of the business context of supply chain management. This includes subjects such managing people and organisations, marketing leadership, the fundamentals of value creation in business, supply chain management, supply chain analytics and global logistics.
