Master of Information and Communications Technology - Advanced (MICT-Adv) course is for students seeking to progress their knowledge in ICT discipline. This course is designed to provide in-depth knowledge in a range of theories and state-of-the-art developments in ICT. Students will be required to complete a work experience component and a specialisation, in addition to a number of core and elective units. The course aims to develop students with knowledge and skills required in problem solving and research practice and provide opportunities to apply those skills and knowledge in a professional and ethical framework to develop themselves as lifelong learners.Accreditation The Master of Information and Communications Technology (Advanced) is accredited at Professional Level by the Australian Computer Society.This course has three Pathways (A, B and C) that vary in length and structure based on previous study and work experience.

It enables professionals in Engineering and recent graduates to adapt to a dynamically developing and changing technological environment through the upgrading of their skills and knowledge. The course provides students with training opportunities to foster a culture of life-long learning. Graduates of the course will have a firm foundation to further build their skills as their specialised professional field evolves. Advanced standing may be granted for relevant prior studies.Accreditation This Master of Engineering has Full Accreditation at the level of Professional Engineer at Parramatta City Campus in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, and Telecommunications. Graduates of this program in these six areas are eligible to apply for full membership of Engineers Australia. They are eligible to apply for Chartered Professional Engineering registration upon successful completion of required engineering practice period specified by Engineers Australia. In 2020, professional accreditation from Engineers Australia for Master of Engineering (Biomedical) will be sought.

Different admission pathways, based on recognition of prior learning, apply to law and non-law graduates.

On successful completion of this course, students gain knowledge, skills and expertise that enable them to become professional accounting practitioners and satisfy the pre entry educational requirements for CPA Australia Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand (CAANZ) and the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA). The course content delivers a contemporary education in accounting principles and procedures supported by knowledge of associated disciplines of law, economics and finance. Students will learn to apply accounting concepts, theories and models through a range of individual and collaborative means using a blended learning design that draws from industry relevant projects with exposure to realistic business problems.

Graduates will comprehend the multi-disciplinary nature of the property industry and be equipped with the analytical and decision making skills necessary for adaptable careers in the changing and dynamic property investment, development and valuation industry.Accreditation This course is accredited for the following Australian Property Institute Certifications (depending on units completed): 160 Credit Point Pathway - Depending on elective chosen, students may be eligible for API Certified Asset Manager, Certified Property Manager, Certified Development Practitioner, Certified Funds Manager, Certified Practicing Valuer, Certified Property Practitioner. 120 Credit Point Pathway - Depending on elective chosen, students may be eligible for API Certified Asset Manager, Certified Property Manager, Certified Development Practitioner, Certified Practicing Valuer, Certified Property Practitioner. 80 Credit Point Pathway - Depending on unit achieved, students may be eligible for API Certified Asset Manager, Certified Development Practitioner, Certified Property Practitioner. Note - Certifications achieved by any graduate of the Master of Property Investment and Development will be impacted (reduced) where specified units are substituted for electives. None of these certifications apply to the Graduate Certificate in Property Investment.

The Master of Stockbroking and Financial Advising prepares students to become practitioners as stockbrokers and advisers in the finance sector. Most importantly, the content of the degree is informed by regulations that govern the formal educational qualifications required by practitioners in the sector. This ensures that on completion of the program students have obtained a qualification that enables them to become practitioners in this industry and adopt the required ethical practices.Accreditation Master of Stockbroking and Financial Advising is accredited by Financial Planning Education Council (FPEC). This course is accredited by the Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority (FASEA) having met the FASEA curriculum and standards requirements for the award. The Master course will also gain exemptions for CFP2, CFP 3 and CFP 4 in the CFP Certification Assessment program.

Accreditation means that the program has effective quality assurance and that learning addresses the Model of Excellence of the AHRI, derived from international research on HR competencies. Graduates of the Masters qualification who have met the requisite work experience requirements will be eligible for direct entry into the Unit 4 Capstone: Applied Project in Organisational Capability of the AHRI Practising Certification Program (APC). Completion of the Capstone project will award AHRI certification, Certified Practitioner (CPHR).
