Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Professional Honours in Infrastructure Asset Management)

This course addresses the important emerging field of infrastructure asset management for engineering graduates working in a local, state or federal government authority or seeking employment with any of those authorities. The course is a joint arrangement with the Centre for Pavement engineering Education and UTAS. CPEE has worked with the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australia (IPWEA) to design a course that will provide the necessary skills and knowledge for employment in advanced technical roles involving the management of infrastructure assets. The course will follow the guidelines set out for management of the physical infrastructure in the International Infrastructure Asset Management Manual which has been adopted by government authorities in Australia and a number of other countries.

The Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours, BPsychSc(Hons), provides students who have graduated with a Bachelor of Psychological Science or Bachelor of Behavioural Science degree with sufficient merit, the opportunity to complete an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) accredited fourth year program in Psychology.The BPsychSc(Hons) program provides training in research, advanced theoretical topics and an introduction to professional training and is identical to that offered in the BA(Hons), BSc(Hons) and the fourth year of the BPsych(Hons). It is the pathway to postgraduate training and research for BPsychSc graduates.The BPsychSc(Hons) is normally undertaken by full-time study. Part-time enrolments require prospective approval from the Division of Psychology.

Bachelor of Medicines Management with Professional Honours in Complementary Medicines

Students commencing the course in July 2019 will receive a 75% tuition fee scholarship for the duration of the course.* (conditions apply)Complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) refers to a broad domain of healing resources that encompasses all health systems, modalities, and practices and their accompanying theories and beliefs, other than those intrinsic to the politically dominant health system of a particular society of culture in a given historical period. This course has been developed to assist health professionals in developing the evidence-based knowledge and skills required to meet the consumer demand for CAM products as well as satisfying their professional and ethical responsibilities. It is a fully online course, designed to be completed on a part-time basis. It consists of eight core subjects taught by the Division of Pharmacy, School of Medicine. Candidates may complete the requirements of the course in a minimum of four semesters (two years) and a maximum of five years, from the time of first enrolment.
