Bachelor of Applied Science (Maritime Technology Management)

The Bachelor of Applied Science (Maritime Technology Management) aims to develop graduates to be able to create innovative solutions to business issues, particularly those that occur at the interface of maritime business, logistics and engineering. The course consists of two-third (16) units from the Bachelor of Global Logistics and Maritime Management) (P3E) and one-third (8) units offered by the National Centre for Maritime Engineering and Hydrodynamics (NCMEH), designed to introduce students to the technological aspects of the maritime transport business. Students gain knowledge in technology units such as Programming and Problem Solving for Engineers, Engineering Design and Communication, Introduction to Maritime Engineering Design, Materials and Production Processes for Maritime Infrastructure. The course is complemented by maritime and logistics units such as Ship Operations Management, Port and Terminal Management, Logistics Management and Global Procurement in order to provide an understanding of the environment of the industries in which the students plan to develop a career.

Bachelor of Nursing with Professional Honours (Specialty)

This course is offered part-time only, over two years, or four semesters. The maximum time for completion is five years.With the exception of Child and Family Health Nursing all specialisations are offered completely online. In most specialisations, students must have access to clinical practice in the specialty area.Please note that graduate programs are offered subject to student demand and the availability of School of Nursing resources.

Yet it is this complexity that makes it such an intriguing, exciting and rewarding field in which to be involved.Students who are interested in the Graduate Diploma or Master are strongly encouraged to undertake the Professional Honours, a Commonwealth Supported Place. Upon successful completion of the first four units in the Professional Honours students are able to articulate to the Graduate Diploma* or Master* with full advanced standing.*subject to meeting admission requirement of the Graduate Diploma or Master.

Bachelor of Nursing with Clinical Honours (Transition to Practice)

This course is offered in collaboration with participating healthcare agency partners on a full time basis. The course length is a minimum of one year of full-time study which includes clinical practice hours via employment in a Transition Program with a participating partner.

Bachelor of Nursing (Fast Track St Vincents)

The Bachelor of Nursing (H3H) is a fast-tracked degree, meaning you will complete the full six semesters of study, including placements, over a two year period.You will study on our Domain campus in Hobart, where you will be supported by a well-equipped simulated learning environment. Bachelor of Business with Honours

The Bachelor of Business with Honours degree allows students who have completed a Bachelor of Business degree, a year of study to develop a body of knowledge in a specific context as further preparation to undertake professional work and/or as a pathway for Masters degree or Doctorate in the future.This on-campus, 1-year full-time or 2-year part-time Honours degree course is offered at the Hobart campus.
