This cutting edge program has been designed in strong collaboration with industry to assist construction and other built environment professionals to upskill in order to comply with the stringent practice requirements being demanded by government and knowledgeable private sector clients regarding the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM), Lean Construction Practice (Lean) and Integrated Project delivery (IPD) in optimised construction project delivery. The Graduate Diploma in Building Information Modelling and Integrated Project Delivery programprepares students for productive application of their comprehension of relevant BIM/Lean/IPD knowledge in the work environment, for the benefit of projects and their stakeholders. The program is delivered in intensive modeand has the objective of preparing industry professionals to serve as BIM/Lean/IPD managers. While the course does cover various BIM-related technologies, it does not prepare students to be specialist technicians in the niche areas of the technologies covered by the curriculum. The program includes a capstone subject (20 credit points)in whichstudents will work in teams on a realistic BIM/Lean/IPD project that requires application, analysis and synthesis of complex ‘project’ data. The program components align with the BIM Framework of buildingSMART Australasia, the open standards of buildingSMART International, the principles espoused by the Lean Construction Institutes of Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States of America, and internationally recognised principles of IPD

The Master of Building Information Modelling and Integrated Project Delivery program prepares students for advanced involvement as relevant BIM/Lean/IPD Managers in their work environment, for the benefit of projects and their stakeholders. The program is delivered in intensive mode and has the objective of preparing industry professionals to serve as BIM/Lean/IPD managers. The Graduate Certificate in Health Systems will positively challenge the way professionals understand and work within Australian and international health systems. The way in which the diverse population interacts with and uses healthcare services will be explored to promote equitable systems. Professionals will be facilitated to compare and benchmark health systems and identify opportunities for evidence-informed innovations. The Graduate Certificate can be completed in four months full time or over multiple semesters part time. Two core subjects must be completed, and two elective subjects chosen.

The Graduate Diploma in Healthcare Innovations will deepen professionals’ knowledge of health systems, evidence-based practice and organisational behaviour. Professionals will learn to use design thinking and problem solving strategies to lead, educate and influence colleagues and healthcare users towards improving and innovating healthcare practice. The Graduate Diplomacan be completed in eight months full time, or over multiple semesters part time. Six core subjects must be completed, and two elective subjects chosen. After completing this program, transition into the Master’s program may be available by applying for credit for prior study.

The Master of Healthcare Innovations is offered full time over 3 semesters (one year), or part time over multiple semesters. The program is delivered to small cohorts via intensive workshops supported by blended and online learning approaches, limiting on-campus attendance requirements and ensuring flexibility to cater for interstate or international students, and those balancing studies with work and family commitments. The Master of Project Innovation and Master of Project Management combined program enables students to explore emergent ideas and future directions applicable to global project management practice, while also covering traditional skills and competencies. The curriculum addresses a range of learning opportunities including design thinking, adaptable mindsets such as Lean and Agile, innovative product management, systems thinking and delivery of digital projects. Students undertake an international study tour where they are able to see examples of project innovation and experience other project management practices and cultures, as well as access up to one year of on-campus work experience as part of The Transformer initiative.

The Diploma of Built Environment provides a foundation for a career invarious property sectors. This program enables students to specialise in either property or construction management and quantity surveying. Successful completion of the program provides students with a pathway to most Bond University undergraduate degrees, with a possible 80 credit points credited towards their next program of study. Students are advised to check the degree study structures online to confirm for which subjects they may receive credit.

Data Analytics has become one of the highest growth areas of academic and commercial practice. With applications in nearly all aspects of quantitative endeavours and information management, a skillset in analytics, statistical and machine learning is highly valued and sought after. The Master of Business Data Analytics (Professional) provides a platform to directly interface with industry leaders and develop both technical and organisational expertise. The Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP) is a postgraduate program offered by the Faculty of Law, and is the link between a student’s law degree and becoming a practising lawyer. The GDLP provides students with a structured coursework learning environment as well as supervised legal training. The program is based on the competency standards for entry level lawyers developed by the admitting authorities and the Australian Professional Legal Education Council (APLEC). Successful completion of the program will enable students to apply for admission to legal practice in Australia and in some overseas jurisdictions. Students should contact the relevant admitting authority to ascertain the requirements for admission in specific States or Territories.
